Godrej Epoque Master Plan

Godrej Epoque’s two towers stand in landscaped grounds of about 5 acres in Neopolis. The master layout plan marks 60 features: an arrival plaza with an entrance water feature, a central green island, a clubhouse drop-off plaza and a 2.1 m jogging track; a skating rink, a pickleball court, a half basketball court, a cricket pitch and a fitness court; a pet park, a star-gazing deck, an adventure wall, play areas for children and toddlers and a sand pit; a forest walk, a reflexology walk, a fruit orchard, palm groves and an elevated meditation plaza; and celebration, congregation and festival lawns, a floating deck over a lily pond and outdoor work stations.
